Coming to the conference? Get all the key info in a handy checklist here. 🤩

In a survey of over 800 people, 99% of us don’t share our ideas in case they sound stupid.

That’s like, basically everyone.

Learning to be more confident, have more energy, find self acceptance, enjoy your work more and increase motivation is not just a “nice to have”, it’s the entire backbone of our lives.

Confidence Live will give you the tools, knowledge, inspiration and connections to radically change your confidence. For life.

FAQs

Who is this for?

Every single person on the planet could take value from attending this event, because every single person can learn to accept themselves (and crucially others!) a little bit more. But it’s extra applicable for:

  • People who work in fast paced industries and/or have to deal with clients

  • Business owners and entrepreneurs

  • People who work in sales or have to have commercial conversations

  • Anyone who wants to be in the public eye, either on stages or online

  • Leaders, aspiring leaders and managers

  • People who feel as though they lack confidence, self esteem and struggle to believe in themselves, we got you

Will I learn practical skills?

Yes, yes and yes. Our conference is built explicitly to make sure you squeeze value from every single talk. From learning how to accept yourself to building and supporting other people around you, you will absolutely come away from this event with a huge amount of knowledge and inspiration to have a meaningful impact on your life. Our creator, Kirsty Hulse’s work has been described as “game changing”, “life changing” “the best thing I ever did” and a lot more. We’re bringing that impact, but like, ten fold.

Will I need to bring anything on the day?

Nope, just yourself and a notepad and pen. You’ll be completely taken care of and looked after so will wish for nothing. We’d rather you didn’t even bring laptops into the space so you can fully immerse yourself in the experience, but we understand that might be a bit of an ask!

Is lunch provided?

Yes! Though we want to make you aware, we have chosen to work with Brighter Futures to supply our catering. (https://www.brighter-futures.org.uk/brighter-futures-catering-network/) so we are prioritising local food with a positive impact over fancy catering. We’ll make sure all dietary requirements are met and the food will be healthy and prepared by qualified cooks. Our focus is on doing right for our communities, before anything else.

Will people be nice?

We flippin’ well hope so! We want this to be a friendly and welcoming event so don’t worry if you’re coming by yourself. We’ve got a code of conduct which sets out how we expect people to behave and we’re working hard to make the event inclusive and accessible.

Is it being recorded?

Not this time, maybe in the future. But for now, we want people to experience the feeling of being together and creating a space where people feel safe. So any filming is limited to short snippets for future promotional material.

I have more questions!

Sure thing, we’re here to help. Email Kirsty (the one creating this event and typing this right now HELLO) on kirsty@roar.training and she’ll help you
